Please know that at Chalet, we are taking all the CDC-recommended steps in our corporate office and manufacturing facility. These include the option for many of our employees to work from home and continue to practice social distancing, and other best practices to help protect and support our production teams and you, our valued customers.
Our teams are working overtime to produce and ship the top-quality of Chalet's collections as quickly as possible. You may experience delays due to the number of orders being processed and extended lead times for shipping so please allow 2 weeks for orders to be shipped during this extraordinary time.

We provide a 30 days policy to exchange/return regular priced items. Our aim is to ensure you find the best suitable styles, therefore we highly encourage you to exchange unsuited items to the best fit for you, instead of returning them. You can exchange your purchased item’s sizes/color, or chose new style from our online store. Shipping for exchanged items is free of charge. You will be responsible for any shipping or additional cost for your exchange.
All SALE items are none refundable, however you can exchange sizes/color or chose a new style from our online store. You will be responsible for any shipping or additional cost for your exchange on any sale items more then 30% off.
In order to receive a full refund, items must be new, unworn, undamaged with all original tags and packaging. All return items will be inspected and if all requirements are met we will refund the original price paid for the return goods within a week. If requirements aren't met one of our Chalet team members will contact you via email.
The refund will exclude shipping costs. We will contact you as soon as we receive your returned package.
