Our Return and Exchange Policy
- Due to our return policy, we do not issue the prepaid shipping label unless the merchandise is damaged.
- We'll gladly accept full-price items, unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise for return or exchange. All tags must be attached.
- Accepted items returned within 30 days of the purchase will be refunded for a full refund to the original form of payment at the original selling price.
- All exchanges must be returned within 30 days of the purchase.
- EXCHANGE POLICY: We offer complimentary return shipping for exchanges to our valued customers. However, customers are kindly requested and responsible to cover shipping charges when sending items back to CHALET / BEAU JOURS.
- Defective items may still be accepted under certain circumstance. If your item arrives damaged, take pictures of any defects, and keep the packaging and the invoice. Package your returns with a copy of the invoice in your original order, and drop off your returns at your nearest UPS, USPS, or FedEx. Once we receive it, it will be inspected. We will process a full refund back to your account if all requirements are met. The refund will be issued on the original form of payment or a credit/exchange whichever you prefer.
- All sale items marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned or exchanged.
